Rustic Leipaa		A crusty white bread of Finnish tradition. This white bread is very soft and moist on the inside. A favorite with the kids and us too!
Roasted Garlic		Terrific versatility. This sandwich loaf weighs in at two pounds with a very moist interior and large chunks of garlic. Slice yourself any thickness you desire.
Multi Grain		A whopping three pound loaf rererred to as the "bird-seed bread" by our young staff. The entire loaf is loaded with a hearty grain blend and rolled on the exterior for extra measure. Our most popular sandwich choice in the restaurant.
Organic Country Italian		A hearty, grainy bread with a French profile. This one pound round loaf is great for spreads, sandwiches or you can even hollow out the center and use for dips.
Rustic Baguette		A classic French Bread wiwth a chewy inside and a crackly crust. It weighs in a just under a pound and 2 feet long. Can anyone say spaghetti?
Honey Oat		A wholesome bread, soft inside and out. Terrific for toasting. (Not bad with peanut butter and jelly either) One pound pre-sliced grab and go. Zero grams fat!
Finnish Cardamom (Pulla)		This moist, rich coffee bread is traditionally baked by the Finnish housewife on Saturday so there will be fresh "Pulla" for Sunday morning coffee. We make it all seven days so you can enjoy this hand-braided loaf with everyone. Pick it up on your way to work, it will still be warm!
